Special and/or sensitive personal data that Bailando Latino processes

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. For what purpose does Bailando Latino process personal data

How long Bailando Latino keeps your personal data

Sharing of personal data by Bailando Latino with third parties

We share your personal data with business partners and third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We also provide your personal data to third parties in some other cases, but we only do this with your explicit permission.

We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to guarantee the same level of security and to monitor the confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processing operations.

Suppliers

We use the following suppliers who process personal data on behalf of BAILANDO LATINO, with whom each processor agreement has been concluded: Facebook, Instagram, MailChimp, Google Analytics.

Google Analytics

We have concluded a processor agreement with Google. The data we collect in Google Analytics is anonymized and encrypted. The so-called ‘sharing of data’ with Google is turned off. Finally, we do not use the Analytics cookies in combination with other Google services.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by BAILANDO LATINO and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@bailandolatino.be.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo and passport number black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within four weeks.

How Bailando Latino secures your personal data

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact info@bailandolatino.be.

  • DKIM and SPF are internet standards that we use to prevent you from receiving e-mails on our behalf that contain viruses, are spam or are intended to obtain personal (login) data.
