Kizomba lessons near Antwerp — start today
In Wommelgem (5 minutes from Antwerp) and Lier, you'll learn kizomba from zero to confident — sensual, connecting, and surprisingly accessible.
Kizomba: the most connecting dance you'll ever learn
Kizomba is not a dance you study — it's a dance you feel. The soft rhythm, the close connection with your partner, and the flowing movements make kizomba one of the most relaxing and yet most satisfying dances to learn. After one lesson, you'll know why people fall in love with it.
At Bailando Latino, we start in small groups, step by step. You don't need a fixed partner — we rotate regularly so everyone feels comfortable and learns optimally. Whether you come alone, with a friend, or as a couple: you're always welcome.
Do you live in or around Antwerp? Then you're only 5 minutes from the ring in Wommelgem, or you come to the charming location in Lier. Two locations, same warm atmosphere.
Which Kizomba style do you learn?
At Bailando Latino, we start from traditional Kizomba, where connection, feeling, and musicality are central. You learn not only what you dance, but especially how you move together with your dance partner to the music.
That's why we focus heavily on learning to lead and follow well. Instead of memorizing fixed choreographies, you learn to understand how to clearly indicate a movement as a leader and how to respond naturally as a follower. This creates a real connection between both dance partners.
Our goal? That you don't depend on rehearsed combinations, but truly master the basics and technique. This way, you learn to dance freely, improvise, and enjoy Kizomba — with any dance partner and to any song.
